Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Astrora offers the following introductory subscription options:

• 3-Day Trial — €6.80 for 3 days, then €43.60/month

After the introductory period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at €43.60/month unless cancelled. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where supported (for example 2,690 HUF then 16,990 HUF in Hungary; 169 Kč then 1,090 Kč in Czechia; 24.90 ₪ then 159 ₪ in Israel).

2. Introductory Pricing

Our introductory plans give you access to all premium features at a reduced rate:

• You have full access to all premium features during your introductory period
• You will be charged the introductory price at checkout
• Your subscription will automatically renew after the introductory period unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges

3. Billing and Payment

• Payment is charged at the start of each billing period
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

4. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• In the App: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
• Via Email: Send a cancellation request to info@astrora.org

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy reflects the 3-day introductory trial model:

• Cancel any time before your 3-day trial ends to avoid the subscription charge
• Money-back guarantee: if you use the program for at least a week with no improvement in your dog's behavior, we will refund you
• Post-trial renewal charges are otherwise non-refundable once you have had access
• We also refund duplicate or unauthorized charges, service outages, and anything required by mandatory consumer law

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase prices:

• We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
• The new price will apply at your next renewal date
• You may cancel before the price change takes effect

8. Premium Features

Your subscription includes access to:

• Personalized dog training programs
• Dog food ingredient analysis
• Daily bark analysis and behavior tracking
• Training reminders and progress tracking
• Expert dog training tips and articles
• Priority customer support

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if:

• Payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
• You violate our Terms of Service
• We detect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
